Kindly let me know what is the difference between Non Tariff Notification and Tariff Notification

30 May 2012 As you know, tariff means the classification of the finished goods and prescribed rate of duty for each finished good.

So, Tariff notification is one which affects the Central Excise Tariff Act and non-tariff notification is one which affects the other Acts or Rules.
