notification regarding ca final attempt can be after 2 year of registration of articleship, on which students apply.???

Dear Khushbu,
there is no such notification but an old notification (only applicable to PE-II students) that is being uselessly circulated among students.
it is sad that no one bothers to even read it properly and understand that it doesnt apply to PCC/IPCC students
