FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2018-19, CGST HAS BEEN ISSUED NOTICE ON 26.12.23 WITH DRC-1. IS IT VALID NOTICE OR NOT? AND REASON

Revised time limits? For FY 2018-19, the Show cause notice can now be issued till 31st Jan 2024 and order can be passed till 30th Apr 2024.
