hello.my father is an agriculturist his age 66 yrs. recently he recived notice 141(1)income tax act stating that to file ITR from 2012 . what is the implication if he is non replay to said notice .he is not in position to compliance of document work due to age factor.
please guide me

If he is not in position to respond, then you respond on his behalf. Not responding to tax notices attracts penalties..
