My one client sold his rural agriculture land in 2012-13 at Rs.42,50,000/- declared the value at Rs.600000/- only so he get notice u/s.148 now so in ITR how can i show it please experts suggest me as such.

05 April 2019 Whether the fact has specifically been mentioned in the notice? If not then the ground for issuing notice can also be a little bit different . The department may be inquiring in the matter of sales of land rather than difference in sales consideration. What exactly the situation is ? Please elaborate.
