Hi
My one client sold his rural agriculture land in 2012-13 at Rs.42,50,000/- declared the value at Rs.600000/- only so he get notice u/s.148 now so in ITR how can i show it please experts suggest me as such.

Whether the fact has specifically been mentioned in the notice? If not then the ground for issuing notice can also be a little bit different . The department may be inquiring in the matter of sales of land rather than difference in sales consideration. What exactly the situation is ? Please elaborate.
