Dear all
one of my client got the notice under section 133 (6) calling the for the information about he deposits in the banks.
1) Client did not filed any return as he is sick with cancer from 2010 to 2014
2) the source of income is Pension and Bank Interest on FDs that accumulated since 2002.
after the notice he came to me and when calculated the tax derived @ 16000,22000,45000 and 66000 after TDS.
he sent a letter to the ITO asking for Time of 2 months to file the replay
now my question is
1) can i to file IT Returns now for asst years 2011-2012,2012-2013,2013-2014 and 2014-2015
2) after filing the return how can i reply to the notice
3) consequences of filing the replay after paying the taxes and filing the returns.

1) You can file returns for the f.y.2012-13 and 2013-14
2) I think there wold not be any problem as the client is genuinely suffering from a serious disease.
