I HAVE RECEIVED NOTICE U/S 148 FOR THE A.Y. 2009-10. BUT THE ITO NOT ATTACHED THE COPY OF REASON RECORD. I AM ASKING HIM BUT HE SAID FIRST U SUBMIT THE ITR. SIR WHAT CAN I DO IN THIS SITUATION?(IS THE ITR SUBMIT OR NOT) PLEASE REPLY ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
