What is the procedure to resolve the notice u/s. 143 (2) of IT Act after complying to the Assessing Officer.
&
what will be the last dt. of AO from AO from the dt.of notice received by the assessee or return filed by assessee relating with A.Y.
&
what will be the last dt. of AO from AO from the dt.of notice received by the assessee or return filed by assessee relating with A.Y.

The information required by the AO has to be furnished by the assessee/AR of him.
AO after such compliance , either will require certain explanations or particulars.

It can be said, after this stage, that the compliance of the notice has been met by the assessee.

The AO has to complete the assessment after such compliance,and may complete the assessment. In case of any addition he must provide an opportunity of being heard to the assessee.

The notice can be deemed to be as resolved when the AO passes an AO.
