05 November 2014 I have got a notice u/s 143(1) for AY 09-10 on 25/08/2014. Upon checking the returns i have found that the depreciation claim has been disallowed by the IT Officer... infact the mistake was on my part becasue i had taken a higher rate of dep on some asset.. so now what reply should I provide to the IT Officer...
Plz do reply ASAP...

05 November 2014 First of all check the validity of the 143(1) intimation with respect to time bar.

If the notice is valid, then just pay the additional tax demand..
