srimanji mushe u/s 142 ka notice prapt hua hai jisme 2014-2015, 2015-2016 a/y ki property ki purchase and sale mangi gayi hai mare dwara koi property nahi purchase or sale ki gaye lakin meri wife dwara ek property 10 lacs cash payment ki kharidi gayi hai wo bina padi lakhi hai ito dwara inqury me us property ke bare me puchha gaya hai mai kya ker sakta hu pl. help me

Agar notice aapke naam aur aapke PAN number par issue kiya gaya hai to aap ITO ko jawab likh dein ki mere naam aur mere PAN number par koi property kharidi ya bechi nahi gayi hai. Aapke ITO ke paas agar property purchase sale ke barre mein koi information hai to use aapki patni ke naam par notice issue karna hoga.
