17 March 2020 We had Filed ITR-7 in Which we have got notice from I.T Department u/s 139(9) in which they have mentioned
Error Code 92 which explains, Assesses has filed return in form ITR-7 but has not claimed any deduction/exemption under section 11 or clauses of section 10 or section 13A or section 13B in part statement of income of the return.
what are the probable resolution for the same ??????

17 March 2020 File revised return claiming exemption under section 11/10 in case of charitable trust registered under section 12A or educational institutions.

18 March 2020 To correct the error , you must file ITR in response to notice u/s 139(9). Probable solution , enter the zeros in the schedules of exemptions. If you are eligible for section 10/11 then you may enter the actual details.. You can also use revised return with correct details

25 May 2020 Yes. You need to revise the ITR Filled with deductions under given section as eligible and applicable.
