Notice u/s 139(9) ay 13-14

02 July 2015 Return was filed in dec 13. Notice and its reminder was received for AY13-14 but no return was filed in response.
Now I have paid the tax. When I file revise return u/s 139(5), it shows time out.
Please guide what to do????
