Respected Sir,
I have received notice u/s 139(9) defective return.Our lic commision is only 280000/- and file ITR4 NO ACCOUNT CASE.CAN I FILE PART A BS SUNDRY CREDITORS,DEBTORS,STOCK AND CASH BALANCE.KINDLY HELP ME.
