10 July 2014 I am sure you are talking about form DIR.11 and form DIR.12 where Notice of resignation is required to be attached. There is no formal Notice of resignation. Resignation letter submitted by the Director can very well be used / attached as Notice of resignation as far as form DIR.11 and form DIR.12 are concerned.
