02 November 2010 good morning!

hello.
i want to know about the notice of egm. in books actually only notice of agm is given. and if in exams notice of egm comes then how will i be able to do it ?

i also want to ask about the legal deeds. how should we attempt paper in examination of legal deeds? how the question is checked.?
is it necessar to remember as it is law language ?

and if u can. then can you send notice of egm ?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE EXTRA ORDINERY GENERAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF --------- PRIVATE LIMITED WILL BE HELD ON 17th DAY OF JULY …….AT ITS REGISTERED OFFICE AT 11.30 A.M.

PROPOSAL FOR DECISION.

i. The Boards proposal for resolution regarding the increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company from present Rs.30,00,000/-(Rupees Thirty Lacs), to Rs. 2,00,00,000/-(Rupees Two Crore ); by addition thereto of 17,00,000 (Seventeen Lac) Equity Shares of Rs.10 each, ranking pari passu in all respect with existing Equity Shares of the Company."

ii. The Boards proposal for resolution regarding the Amendment in, Clause V of the Memorandum of Association of the Company to incorporate the increase in Authorized Share Capital, as proposed above, by substitution of the figures and words "The Authorized Share Capital of the Company is Rs 2,00,00,000 (Rupees Two Crores) divided into 20,00,000 (Twenty Lacs) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/-(Rupees Ten only) each.
