08 September 2014 According to the Rules relating to Sec 101 of the Companies Act 2013, the Notice of the General Meeting must be put in the website of the Company if it has one.
Therefore is it necessary to put up the notice of the AGM of a Pvt Ltd Company in its Website? If it is not put up, will it be amount to any contravention of the Act?

08 September 2014 please refer rule 18(3)(ix),its been written in d said rule "on the website of the company if any" the word if any itself shows that there is no compulsion as such. you need to put it on website only if company has one.
