Dear Sir, My spouse (house wife) has received a Notice regarding Non Filing of Income Tax Return for the FY: 2009-10 & 2011-12, Information Code-CIB-321: Share Transactions of Rs. 20,000 or more. She has no any income & wholly dependent on me. As per her Demate Account Ledger, she has noT Short Term Capital Gain, even huge loss in above state Financial Years. Kindly revert me advice.
