what you have done is you have opted out of composition....(Mind well you have not cancelled the composition). Since you have opted out of composition without filing quarterly return suggests that you want to have regular scheme w.e.f. 01/07/2017.....
So? Explain your intentions through the reply to notice and also seek for guidance.
