13 October 2014 Sir,

I have received a notice from Compliance Management Cell regarding Non filing of Income Tax Return for the A.Y. 2011-12 & 2012-13. My Taxable income is Rs. 481429/- & 422363 respectively on which TDS have been already deducted.
Kindly tell me it is compulsory to file this return on their relevant A.Y. and what can i file ITR for that A.Y. in 2014-15, and if yes then which section it will be filed.

Since your income exceeded taxable limit you had to file ITR.

You can now file ITR in response to notice issued by ITO.
