Notice for candidature of a person for directorship

17 September 2014 acc to section 160 rule 13 company have to give 7 days notice to its member for the candidatuer of the person for directorship.

But if company want to call agm at shorter notice of 2 days.then is it possible for the company to publish notice of candidature before the notice of agm.
