05 April 2019 Sir,

My supplier has not upload gstr 1 for FY 2017-18. And this is the last month to file for 3b ,my ITC does not match .I have given several times a call to supplier still they donot uploaded. What can I do now?

now i am facing the problem what to show in 3b for the month of march 2019 . I cannot reverse as i have original , how to solve the difference in 2A and 3B in gstr 9.Plz suggest

05 April 2019 show the correct picture in GSTR-9, GST department can issue the notice. You will need to reply on that.
