DEAR EXPERT
IF I HAVE NOT SEND A SIGNED HARD COPY OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO CPC . SO ITS EFFECT WHEATHER IT MAY ATTRACT ANY PENULTY ETC

you are required to send hard copy in 120 days from the date of return filled. if 120 days lapsed then return filled is not relevant for you..you are required to file new return
