Dear Friend. Pls dont get disappointed. This is a website on which mainly Chartered Accoutants are active. And you know, majority of the CAs do not deal in Industrial and Labour Laws generally. So they may be unable to solve ur queries. And its better to not to answer instead of wrong answering. Pls dont mind this situation.
