Not processing of income tax return for a.y. 2017-18

I have filed ITR 4 return for A.Y. 2017-18 in August'17 through e-verify, but till now it has not been processed and neither mail from income tax department has been received nor any compliance been showing in onlline site. So, now, what will I do now? I have tried to contact CPC but the numbers are not reachable.

you need not worry. there are several returns pending for processing.

Once the return is verified by the assessee, his responsibility ends. he need not worry about the processing status.
