I have registered for training under a CA firm.my principle is not given knowledge for filling a return of income tax and other act . so please tell me how to take any action against principle. like transfer and any thing...

Better to go for secondment of articles after completion of 2 years of articleship with present one and join with some ca who is giving training in the areas which was not covered by you
.

May be icai also suggests like above,,
.
that is why concept of secondment of articles came,
auditor will provide you the exposure on work which he is dealing in,..
if you want transfer you can go for the same as per icai transfer rules
.

But before taking transfer ask yourself if you join with other ca can u get good work that what you are learning now
.

for your information returns filing is a very small and easy work which can be learned even after discussing with one of friend,..dont take transfer with this reason
