03 November 2014 Notice given by income tax officer of not filling of taxable return for 3 years.What reasons to be given to be given?

03 November 2014 Give the exact reason what made you to non filing of income tax return..if your income not exceeded basic exemption limit

if your income (Before VIA deductions) more than basic exemption limit you have to file return now for earlier years

03 November 2014 the reasons will depend on the facts of your case. in case the return was required to be filed under the provisions of section 139, then file the manual return alongwith request for condonation of delay in filing the return
