Notice given by income tax officer of not filling of taxable return for 3 years.What reasons to be given to be given?

Give the exact reason what made you to non filing of income tax return..if your income not exceeded basic exemption limit

the reasons will depend on the facts of your case. in case the return was required to be filed under the provisions of section 139, then file the manual return alongwith request for condonation of delay in filing the return
