a person has business of providing loan on interest to individuals. he collect interest and principal monthly. income is aruond 10 lacs p.a. his business isnot a registered one . also not filled income tax return till now. how he can be saved. if he is ready to file IT return now.

For which year you are asking for. An individual can file belated return upto 2 assessment years. And before that he/she must take permission from his/her assessing officer (AO), to file belated return.
