16 June 2015 Assessee had not file its i.t.r for 8 to 9 years and he is working out of india. Now he want to file return. What are the provision regarding

17 June 2015 you can file for AY 2014-15 without any problem. for AY 2015-16, forms are not out yet.

For earlier years, if there is no refund, just file paper return with the jurisdictional AO. the acknowledgment will be stamped but the return wont be processed.

if there is refund, then you need to first apply for condonation from the jurisdictional CIT under section 119(2) and then file the return with the AO

17 June 2015 Sir I want to ask you that in these 8 to 9 year he earn more then approx 10 lac then is any tax liability arising in india or not and I have also a question that he has bank account out of india then is it mandatory to show their foreign bank accounts and balance also

17 June 2015 dear friend, I believe you as a consultant should be able to compute the tax liability! otherwise what role will you performing!

for your second question, again the same answer...shouldn't you be aware of what is to be reported in the tax returns in non-resident cases!
