NOT ABLE TO OPEN INTIMATION US 143(1)

07 July 2011 Dir Sirs,
This is strange. I have file return for A.Y. 2010-11 and was able to open ITR-VI and ACKNOWLEGDEMENT of The same . Now I have received Intimation U/s 143(1) But with the same password that is Pan No and Date of Birth I am unable to Open It .
Please help .

07 July 2011 pl check date of birth in the xml file uploaded, only this date of birth is to be usued in case it is diffirent from as per PAN

07 July 2011 use PAN in small LETTERS AND actual date of birth (DDMMYYYY)as mentioned in PAN database.

e.g. aaaps1029k01011975

If still not able to open, contact Aaykar Sampark Kendra

07 July 2011 Mr. Hanif is able to open acknowledgment with same password that means he has been tried Mr. Krishna suggestion.

25 November 2011 I am not able to open, message comes there was an error. File is damage and could not be repaired. the same has happen in case of seven to eight intimation. any suggestion
