Is there any limit for property share certificate transfer fee?
I heard that a society having NTC can not charge more then Rs.50000/- to transfer property, is it true?

there is no limit per se. What is important is it becomes taxable in the hands of SOCIETY or Compomodium beyond the designated limit under income tax. 25000 for society.
