Non submission of itr v and 10e

04 February 2016 Respectable Experts! I have two queries.If an asessee efiled his return seeking tax relief u/s 89 befor due date but forgot to send itr v within 120 days as well as to submit 10E online.In another case th assessee efiled belated return but did not send his itr v within prescribed time.What be done now? Please please suggest.

05 February 2016 Go to income tax efiling website, and upload your form 10e first, than go to everify option and everify the return which ITR V was not sen, it will solve your purpose. In case of any doubt write to me along with screenshot at hs78@ymail.com
