Dear Sir,
I have not submitted form 109 within 30 days from date of transfer of articleship. Pls tell me the procedure of submitting form 109 after 30 days from date of transfer of articleship ASAP

You are required to submit condonation letter signed by your principal specifying the reasons for delahy along with form 109
