23 September 2014 ASSESSEE HAD FILE ITR-4 ON FEB 2014 WITHOUT E FILE AUDIT REPORT IN FORM 3CA/3CB FOR AY 2013-14.
AUDITOR HAD GIVEN PRINTED AUDIT REPORT DATED 29.09.2013.
NOW HE RECEIVED NOTICE U/S 271 B OF IT ACT 1961.
