Non resident salary income

21 August 2017 If assessee residing in India since 2014 and he is working for a NGO which is USA based. Whatever, income he has generated from salary, he has already paid tax in USA, thereafter he has received amount in India. He has also received TDS Certificate from US Income Tax Department and thereafter he has also filed Income Tax Return for the assessment year 2017-18 in USA.
My query is :
1. How he should report his income in India for the assesment year 2017-18?
2. Which ITR form will be applicable for the assesment year 2017-18 ?
3. What will be Tax implications in India for the assesment year 2017-18 because he has already paid Tax in USA?

21 August 2017 1 Report salary income and claim relief for tax paid in US. Being resident of India he has to file return in India.
2 Use ITR 2 fill FSI and TR schedule. File Form 67 to claim relief.
3 He will get relief for tax paid in US.

Sir, could you tell me how to upload form 67 on Income Tax website because form is not available online and filling option of form 67 also not available on Income Tax website.
