Non recovery of fees

24 June 2019 One of the biggest and most ignored issues in the profession is recovery of fees. The old tactics of withholding books and passwords don't work anymore due to digitisation. The concept that another CA won't accept the client's file due to non payment of previous CAs dues, has become redundant due to entry of a lot many professionals.

What a practicing CA should do in when the client refuses to pay the full amount even after services are provided?
