Non Receipt of Marksheet & Reg. Letter

31 August 2009 I passed PCC exams In Nov-08 but i have not received my Marksheet yet, so please any one tell me what should i do to get my Marksheet?

I have also done registration for CA Final in March-09 but i have also not received registration letter?

Please help me.

for marksheet u have to pay Rs. 10 by DD (funny), to ICAI along with xeorx of your admit card
