Sir,
In some of the cases we receive emails from Income Tax efiling department for non-receipt of ITR-V.
The department simply mentions the acknowledgement number and subsequently it is very difficult to trace the Name and Pan of the client whose ITR - V has not received by the department.

Department sends ITRV as attachment in the mail. Simply download. It will be password protected. The password is PAN+DOB/DOI(in small letter).

The above query was regarding Non - receipt of ITR - V. The Copy of ITR - V may not be received by the department or there may be any other reason. That email reply contains only Ack number.

Yes it is very dificult to identify the pan and assessee.The only option is to verify all the return what you have filed earlier mentioning the same email id.

dept. only communicate only from pan & ack. no.
first you need to check the status of all itr v after sending to banglore cpc to ignore the kind of message
