17 August 2010 i have efilled my return on 13/07/10 for AY 2009-10 (belated), ITR V need to be reached there before 60 days as per the rules for ay 2009-10 and on ITR V 120 days were printed. i have send the ITR V on 17/07/10 but on the 30th day i have got the email stating that ITR V have not reached banglore ie before 60 or 120 days limit now what i am suppose to do??

17 August 2010 send the copy of ITR - V again.
if they have already received earlier one, next one will be cancelled.

17 August 2010 For assessment year 2009-10 also the date has been extended from 60 days to 90 days and further extended to 120 days from the date of electronically uploading the data. Accordingly the last date in your case is 9th November,2010. So, as per my understanding, you may send one more copy of ITR V to B,lore without delay.
