11 October 2012 sir i file my IT return (ass-2010-11) with ITR 1 on date 17-06-2012 i send it to CPC Bangluru on date 10-09-2012 but till CPC not get hard copy of ITR V
i have left only 6 day to 120 day limit of send ITR V to CPC but i havent reply in my mail from IT department what should i do.
please help me
and what should i do to after 120 day.

11 October 2012 Is you send it through speed post then track the delivery status according to it if the post is delivered to the CPC then no problem your acknowledgment has been confirmed received by the CPC it may acknowledge you shortly. In case you send it through ordinary post it seems to non delivery to CPC. So better to send again the acknowledgment immediately through SPEED Post which would be reach to CPC before your due date.
