sir i have submitted return 3b without payment of tax liability by mistake. status of return is submitted. tax payable rs.1600. Suggest what should i do?

Your return has not been filed only submitted you can put value on payment part then then file this return.

No problem...
Its only submitted for the portions of 3.1 to 5.1. after payment and its set off then only its filed.
So, you can pay your liability and go to set off liability then file.
