03 September 2017 sir i have submitted return 3b without payment of tax liability by mistake. status of return is submitted. tax payable rs.1600. Suggest what should i do?

Its only submitted for the portions of 3.1 to 5.1. after payment and its set off then only its filed.
So, you can pay your liability and go to set off liability then file.
You can do it...
