I have retired from service on 31/01/2013.
No salary or pension received till date from 01/02/2013.
I have paid my tax for F.Y. 2012-2013
(A.Y. 2013-2014)only by today (on 26/06/2013)
(TAX - Rs.46,360/- + Edu. Cess 3% Rs.1,391/- Totally Rs.47,751/- as self assessment tax.
Whether any fine / penalty to be paid may pl.be intimated.(for which amount? at what rate? and how much?

Interest applicable under section 234B,234C
234B = 47,751*1%*3MONTHS=1433
234C= (47751*30%*3*1%+47751*60%*1%*3+47751*100%*1%)
=430+859+478=1767
