Non filling of roc return

08 December 2011 A company have not filled its ROC return from year 2000 onward. now they wants to file ROC returns for all the years. how can we file the same?

08 December 2011 File them now file 23AC,23ACA and 20B if the paid up Capital is more than 10 Lacs and less than 5 Crores then file Form 66. ..and avail company Law settlement Scheme where you will be charged 25% of additional fees.

08 December 2011 Thanks Charu, but can you please tell me what would be fees and penalty.and requirement like DSC, DIN etc.

09 December 2011 Dear Darshit,

For acquiring new DSC it cost amounts to Rs.250 only per DSC. Other fees and penalty for annual filing whenever upload the forms online one acknowledgement is generated which shows the basic fee and penalty.

10 December 2011 Simply start preparing the balance sheets and annual returns for the past year and upload them on MCA website with requisite E-form with late filing fees.

For balance sheet file form 23AC.
For Profit and Loss account file form 23ACA.
For Annual Return file form 20B.
For change in board/management file form 32.
For allotment of new shares file form 2.
