19 May 2015 Respected Sir I am the job in icici bank at temprary basis. Bank given target for account opening,I have taken Rs. 2 lacs, 3 lacs 4 lacs & 3 Lacs from the known person & deposited into my saving account. I received notice of non filing the return & mention transaction of Rs. 2 lacs exceeding, my income is non taxable I have not filing the income tax return on till date. please tell me the solution of simple language. AY. 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13

19 May 2015 if your actual income was below the exemption limit, just respond to the notice that the income was below exemption limit.
