Non filing of itr v within 120 days

17 January 2012 Expert Sir,
we have uploaded the returns for A.Y.2011-12 but the ITR V could not be sent in time i.e. withiin 120 days
let us know whether Returns will be processed or not Whether refund will be isued or not
and if not what is the remedy to overcome the problem
