Dear Sir ,
I Had received a notice from income tax department regardng non filling of income tax return for FY 12-13. I am salaried employee in dat notice it is written CIM 410 means deposit of cash of more than 200000 in a day in bank account. Actually i had sold by personal car in cash and the whole amount is deposited in cash in bank account.

well, if your total income was above the exempted limit ie 2 lakhs, you were supposed to file your return. So first check that part

If your total income is below threshold limit then kindly go to ITD website and fill up online response after log in.
