My Client has received Non Filing of IT Return A.Y-14-15.Can I File Return Under Section 142(1) Online. It Has Contain Compliance. Should I File only It Return and whether the compliance report will be submitted automitacally?

last date was 31.3.2016, you have to take permission from commissioner then you can flle the return.
