13 January 2020 There is no business trnsaction since July 2017.At present i want to cancell GST registration. I will done by deptt suo -moto ?If I want to file GSTR1 & 3B then Apply for cancellation, then how much would be intt. or penalty ?

15 January 2020 There is no interest liability as no activity was carried on. For penalties you may check by logging in the GST portal of the dealer.

17 January 2020 Should i file GSTR1 Till today or leave for suo moto cancellation ? Currently neither i do need GST No nor want to late fee in respect of GSTR3B
