Non filing of form 501 under mvat

10 November 2012 I have failed to file form 501 under MVAT for f. y. 2010-2011 within 30th Sep 2012. so how can i get refund now???
Its very important kindly guide me....

In case of any difficulties, the dealers are requested to approach the Help Desks specially established to provide technical support to the dealers while filing their Refund Applications in Form-501. Alternatively, the dealers may contact Help Desk contact number 022- 23760653 or 23760681 or e-mail to erefunds@mahavat.gov.in.
