I need to know remedies available to Company if auditor did not file ROC and ITR within prescribed time. Who is responsible for late filing, Company Director or Auditor? ITR filed on 09/11/2016 whereas last date was 17 Oct. ROC filing still not done whereas last date was 29/11/2016.

Company and its representatives Director is responsible, It is the responsibility of company representative to see that return to be filled you even if you shift responsibility on professional shoulder but final responsibility lies with company.
