Dear Sir,
In one of the case, assessee has received notice for non Filing of return for AY 2014-15. The fact of case as follows-
1. Assessee has received payment of Rs.5 Lacs for work contract and thereon deductor deducted tds @1%. On this online tds information the notice has been issued by Local ITO. After meeting expenses assessee income comes below the exemption limit.
After submiting online compliance response What step should be taken by the assessee?
